Mischief and Breach of Probation
A 41-year-old man is scheduled for a bail hearing after police were called to a Foster Ave address on January 13th for a report of a man defecating on the front step. The suspect was recorded on the property’s security camera committing the act. Police located the suspect on January 14th while he walking on North Front Street. It was also discovered he was currently bound by a Probation Order to keep the peace and be of good behavior. Ian Frappier of no fixed address is charged with Mischief under $5000 and Breach of Probation.
Police looking to identify break and enter suspect
Belleville Police are investigating a break and enter which occurred sometime overnight between January 11th & 12th. A suspect entered a Bridge Street West business around 12:50am and it’s unknown if anything was taken. The male suspect is described at 30-35 years old with facial hair, wearing a ball cap, purple sweater, backpack, blue jeans, and running shoes. Police are continuing the investigation.
