Single vehicle collision – vehicle strikes pole

On the 2nd of April at 7:00am, Belleville Police attended Bell Blvd. and North Park Street regarding a single vehicle collision where the vehicle struck a pole.  The driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries and the vehicle was not drivable.  The 58-year-old male driver from Belleville was charged for making an improper turn.

Breach of Probation

On the 2nd of April at 5:40am, Belleville Police were called to a west end residence regarding a disturbance.  Officers arrived on scene and during their investigation, learned that a male was in the residence who was currently on probation with conditions not be at the residence or communicate with one of the occupants.  The male was located in the basement and arrested without incident.  The 38-year-old male was charged with two counts of breaching his probation and held for a bail hearing.

Arrested on Warrants

On the 2nd of April at 7:00pm, Belleville Police attended a business on Bell Blvd. regarding a shoplifting incident.  Officers arrived on scene and learned that the male who had been arrested had a warrant for two counts of breaching his Release Order and two counts of breaching his Probation Order.  Christopher Bronson, 40-years-old, was arrested on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.
