Fail to comply with Probation
On the 16th of January at 9:40 am, police were contacted regarding a male who was not complying with his Probation order. During their investigation, police learned that the 45-year-old Belleville man was breaching conditions of his probation order by communicating with a person he was not permitted to communicate with and was also at a location he was not permitted to attend. The male had left before police arrival. At approximately 11:40 am the male was located on Front Street and arrested without incident. As a result of the investigation, the Belleville man of no fixed address was charged with two counts of failing to comply with his Probation Order. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
