Motor vehicle collision
Belleville Police investigated a rear end collision on the Norris Whitney Bridge on March 20, 2025 at 11:43am. Two vehicles were travelling north bound and had to stop suddenly which caused the vehicles to hit each other. As a result of the investigation, a 35-year-old Belleville man was charged with careless driving. He was issued a Provincial Offence Notice. There were no reported injuries.
Motor vehicle collision
Belleville Police investigated a two-vehicle collision which sent two people to hospital on Thursday evening. Shortly after 9:00pm, a collision occurred at Dundas Street West and Mary Street. A vehicle was turning onto Dundas St W from Mary Street when it hit a west bound vehicle. A 26-year-old Belleville man was charged with Turn – not in safety. The two occupants were treated for minor injuries at Quinte Health Care.
