FREE Dairy Queen Blizzard

Project Safety Treat is an initiative to encourage children to obey all traffic laws. If a child is observed by a member of the Belleville Police Service practicing proper bicycle safety, wearing their seatbelt while riding in a vehicle or wearing protective gear while on roller blades, skateboards or scooters, they will be given a voucher for a FREE Dairy Queen Blizzard.
