Theft and Breach of Probation
On June 19 2023 at 6:00 p.m., Belleville Police responded to a business on North Front Street for the report of a male causing a disturbance by running in and out of the store repeatedly while yelling and swearing at customers. Upon arrival, police spoke to the male and learned that he had also recently attended another nearby store where he stole a small quantity of merchandise. The 56-year-old male of no fixed address was also on Probation.
As a result, the male was arrested and charged with Theft under $5000 and Breach of Probation. He was held for a bail hearing.
