Operate a Motor Vehicle with no Insurance
On the 11th of December at 6:30pm, a Belleville Police officer on general patrol stopped a vehicle on Pinnacle Street with no front plate. It was learned through investigation that the vehicle had no current insurance on it. The 32-year-old driver and owner was charged with having no front plate and operating a motor vehicle with no insurance. He was issued a summons for Provincial Offences Court in February 2024.
Driving while Suspended
On the 11th of December at 10:00pm, a Belleville Police officer on general patrol stopped a vehicle on Highland Avenue that was driving with no headlights on. A check of the driver revealed that he was a suspended driver. The 21-year-old driver was charged with driving while suspended. He was issued a summons for Provincial Offences Court with a date in February 2024.
